Property description :

 

The venue is divided in 16 apartments with 35 bedrooms . You can host 70 people in double bedrooms ; we  can also add some extra bed or use some coach in the living room . If you plan to have more guest we can have support by our sister venue  , 5 km far away . Any apartment is also  equipped with kitchen.

 

 

The property is surrounded by a park : flowers and trees of the Tuscan tradition ;by the park an open-air museum takes place with contemporary artworks.

It's a perfect place to dinner out , to have photos , to enjoy the party  

 

Furthermore the main hall  , two  other covered space  , the Pizza terrace are always available for plan B or other events during your stay 

We haven’t got any catering service on site  but we have excellent partners with whom we work and suggest you the best italian cuisine . Off course the best way is to have a wedding planner support , to coordinate any events and any vendors you need as florist , musicians ecc

 

There are 2 pools in which guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful view ,  a wellness and a fitness area, and for the sport lovers we offer tennis and football courses; while for children there’s a playground and much more

 

 

Charming corners with the view are perfect and suggestive for ceremonies and blessings . 

 

Possibility to have legal wedding ceremony by the mayor

 We rent the whole property in exclusive use so the guest can celebrate a perfect party without any timetable for music or zone restrictions: you can play music and dance all night long!And you can enjoy the property from the morning of the arrival day until the afternoon
