DKM Luxury Rentals is fully committed to protecting its customer information and ensuring that your privacy is protected. This Privacy Policy sets out how we use the information we collect about our customers how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information and the procedures we have in place to protect your privacy.
The information we need and how we use it
When you register with us we need certain information to process your reservation. This includes your name, postal address, telephone number and email address and, if you pay by card, your credit or debit card number and expiry date. We also need to know all the names and ages for under 25’s of the guests, who will stay at the property.
We gather this information to allow us to process your registration and process any reservations and bookings you make. The information is then used by us to communicate with you on our acceptance of your reservation and to provide you with confirmation of your booking. We may also need to contact you urgently should there be any problem with your booking.
We may also use this information to provide you with information regarding special offers or any other service or offers we think may be of interest to you so that you can be amongst the first to take up the limited availability.
Occasionally we may invite you to email us with your opinion on the Villa, Apartment or Hotel you stayed in, and we may wish to publish some of these comments on our web site with your initials beside it. If you do not wish us to disclose your information in this way, please send an email stating 'No Comments'.
We use software that analyses aggregate information and statistics to assist us to judge the effectiveness of our site, our products and our advertising campaigns. This software or the statistics do not include information that can be used to identify you, or capture any information about anyone visiting our site.
Security to protect your information
The internet is not a secure medium. However when you send us your details, we use the latest secure server software, which encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. When you book online, we offer you the use of a secure server.
We also keep your information confidential. The internal procedures of DKM Luxury Rentals cover the storage, access and disclosure of your information.
We have procedures which may require a request for your booking reference number as proof of identity before we are able to discuss your reservation with you.
However, we can not prevent internet hacking.and as such, DKM Luxury Rentals cannot be held responsible for any loss or damaged caused by such activity.
Your agreement
In using the DKM Luxury Rentals web site and submitting your information, you agree to the collection and use of this information as set out in this Policy.
Should we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post the changes on these pages and may place notices on other pages of the website so that you will be aware of what information we collect, how it is used, and in what circumstances we disclose it. Continued use of the service will signify that you agree to any such changes.
Owing to the global nature of the Internet infrastructure, the information you provide may be transferred in transit to countries outside the European Economic Area that do not have similar protections in place regarding your data and its use as set out in this policy.
