DKM Luxury Rentals Guarantee that the venues cost displayed is the very best price possible. Our service is entirely free for you as our contract is with the chateau owners and we guarantee that no commission is added on top of the price we give you.

The chateaux have been all visited by us and specially selected.

Availability check can take up to 24hr maximum. We will of course try to give you a straight answer.

 

Once your dates have been confirmed, the property ask 30% deposit to confirm the booking.

 

 

Booking terms will depend on the different property policies.

For Chambres d'Hôtes/ accommodation:

If you want to change or cancel your booking, you must write to us. We will do our best to assist where possible with any reasonable changes you wish to make, but they may not be possible. If the cancellation is made up to 4 days before arrivale date, the booking payment will be refound, less a €25.00 administration fee.If the booking is cancelled less than 4 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount of the booking will be kept by DKM Luxury Rentals.

 

Any changes to the number of people in your party must be advised to us as soon as possible (there is no administration fee for such changes) and where applicable any payment required by you in respect of additional persons must be made in full immediately after the change has been accepted if the change is requested less than 2 weeks prior to arrival.

 

Payment can be made by bank transfer, paypal transfer debit card  or credit card depending on properties.

For Wedding venues:

A booking deposit of 20% of the price is payable at the time of booking. The balance as shown on the Confirmation Invoice must be paid in full at least 10 weeks before your date of arrival, but where the booking is made less than 10 weeks prior to your date of arrivall, the full amount is due immediately. Payment can be made by bank transfer, debit card  or credit card . If the balance is not paid 10 weeks prior to departure, the owners and DKM Luxury rentals reserve the right to retain the deposit, cancel your booking and apply the cancellation charges as set out in our  Booking Conditions.
